I joined Foundation Athletics Club about 4 months ago initially to rehab a sciatic issue. I'm really enjoying my membership with the 24/7 access; a terrific variety of gym equipment in a very spacious, clean facility. FAC has a sweet virtual golf room that I'm looking forward to this winter. Many classes are offered for all levels of fitness goals! I'm a very happy customer!

Kyle’s classes have given me a huge amount of confidence and strength in the sports I play. When I’m on the line in football, my footwork feels very quick and I have enough stamina for every single play. Working out with him for the past 7-8 months has helped me tremendously in all aspects.

Our son has been working out with Kyle at Foundation Atheltics for a little over three months and the improvements in his strength, speed, and agility were evident in his breakout football season. Most importantly, Kyle makes fitness and strength training fun for kids and teens of all ages. His energy is contagious and his students leave wanting more.
